Secretaries of other Competitions and Clubs shall only qualify at the discretion of the Council for this award. Meritorious Awards and Valued Service Awards may be presented to any individual who has, in the opinion of the Council, redered outstanding service to Lincolnshire Football over, a period of not less than 20 years.
Referees who have completed a minimum of 20 years and active service shall be presented with suitable inscribed mementoes. Closing date for such applications to be 31st December annually. For the purpose of this Rule, consecutive years are defined as from the Annual General meeting in one year to the Annual General Meeting in the following year.
These presentations shall be made immediately following the Annual General Meeting of the Association
