The Lincolnshire FA Football Development Team comprises of the County Development Manager, two Football Development Officers and two Football Development Assistants. Our focus is to deliver the Key Objectives within the Development Plan. This includes increasing participation, improving levels of performance, and widening access to football as well as accessing funding. This is achieved through key areas of work including Club Development, Education Development and the Football Workforce.
We endeavor to ensure that all young people have the opportunity to participate in high quality football activity by developing a Countywide network of Charter Standard Schools with exit routes to Charter Standard Clubs. We are currently working with an increasing number of partners to increase delivery capacity within the communities of Lincolnshire and improving the facilities where they play. These partners include the School Sports Partnership, Local Authority Sports Development Teams and the Lincolnshire Sports Partnership.
We would like to thank all the Football Clubs, Schools, Coaches and Volunteers within Lincolnshire for their continued hard work and exceptional efforts and we look forward to working with our Football Community as we continue to enhance the National Game throughout the County.
