Over the next few months we will be looking to collate information on female coaches within the County and provide further opportunities to support their personal development. We will also be looking to identify a number of female coaches to be involved in a Female Coaches Development Group, intended to bring together female coaches working within the County, to share experiences, communicate development needs and interests and to be regularly supported by the FA, through educational courses, workshops, practical mentoring sessions and opportunities to support FA programmes.
We are looking for females who have a passion and enthusiasm for football, coaches with or without qualifications can express interest in the programme. Whatever level or qualification you are working towards or want to achieve we can support you through the Female Coach Development Group. We are also looking to identify qualified, experienced female role models working within the County, within the same programme.
