As previously advised within the original league documentation the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Lincolnshire County Girls League will be held on Wednesday 9th June 2010.
Please note that the venue for the AGM has been altered, due to a double booking on the facilities behalf. The AGM will now be held at;

The meeting will commence at 7:30pm sharp and we will welcome arrivals from 7:15pm onwards.
All clubs, who wish to be Member Clubs of the League are empowered to send two representatives to the Annual General Meeting, please note all entry applications from clubs must be received prior to the Annual General Meeting, as confirmation of attendance to the AGM.
All clubs are reminded that entry forms and applications need to be received prior to the AGM, to also ensure the league formats can be presented on the night.
