New Coaching Bursaries - Over £15,000 Available

COACHING BURSARIES OF OVER £15,000 ARE AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT YOUTH TEAMS WITHOUT A QUALIFIED COACH

As part of The FA’s commitment to raising standards of coaching within grassroots football, Lincolnshire FA has been provided with over £15,000 of funding to help ensure youth teams in the county all have a qualified coach in place.

The funding available can be put towards FA coaching courses, helping to ensure that all youth teams can benefit from the knowledge and experience that an FA qualified coach provides.

Bursaries can be used on FA Level 1, 2 and 3 courses, but Level 2 and 3 applications are subject to a case-by-case basis.

This funding will also support clubs to work towards and retain their FA Charter Standard status, meaning all players, coaches and volunteers are operating within the best possible football environments.

All youth teams in Lincolnshire without a qualified coach are encouraged to apply.

Interested clubs and coaches should contact Chris Funnell, Lincolnshire FA Senior Football Development Officer, on chris.funnell@lincolnshirefa.com or 07535402903.
