AED LOCATIONS IN LINCOLNSHIRE
Lincolnshire FA would like to remind the grassroots football community that Automated External Defibrillators can be located through Heartsafe’s website.
The AED Locator map, which has been developed over 12 years, is to assist people living in communities to know in advance where their local defibrillator may be positioned in case of an emergency.
Please note: You should ALWAYS telephone 999 without any delay in an emergency life threatening situation and ask for the ambulance service to report the incident. The control centre that receives your call will assess the situation and if deemed necessary, will advise you the whereabouts of the nearest defibrillator if within reach of you and the incident.

On the subject of health and safety, The FA has launched a fully-interactive Sudden Cardiac Arrest eLearning Module.
This module guides learners through how to recognise and respond appropriately to a sudden cardiac arrest, highlighting the key steps involved in an emergency of this nature. It only takes one hour to complete and is totally free. Upon completion, learners will be awarded with one hour of CPD and an FA certificate.
