The Lincolnshire FA Youth Council is made up of some of the most enthusiastic Young People in Lincolnshire.

The LincolnshireFA Youth Council is designed to inspire the next generation and provide a voice for all children and young people to influence change and develop a lasting legacy.

It provides a platform for young people to support youth participation in decision making in the county. The Youth Council devise and lead on their own projects throughout the year as well as assisting with Lincolnshire FA initiatives. The Youth Council enables young people in Lincolnshire to identify, discuss and consider local grassroots football issues and areas of concern that they consider important.
