Female Friendly Training

Female Friendly Clubs Training

Lincolnshire delegates should book onto the EAST region workshops

Do you want to grow new women’s and girls’ teams at your club? Do you know what an ideal female friendly environment looks like and/or want to improve the provision that you already have? Then you are in the right place…
We are pleased to announce that booking for The FA’s ‘Female Friendly Clubs’ training is now open!

This training last year saw Lincolnshire clubs, schools, colleges, universities, recreational providers and Wildcats Centres come in their droves to support our female movement and despite being one of the smaller County FAs, we had one of the largest representations NATIONWIDE! It would be amazing to show the females in our county again that we mean business when we strive for better for our girls and our game.

This interactive online workshop is aimed at both club committee members and coaches of teams at ALL ages and will provide you with practical advice to help you create the right environment at your club to grow female participation. You will develop your existing understanding of off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real life case study examples to enable you to build your own ‘Gameplan For Growth.’

Lincolnshire delegates should book onto the EAST region workshops.
