We'd really appreciate it if you could take a moment to complete this Lincolnshire FA Youth Council survey on the return to football post-lockdown. 

This has been put together to investigate how the COVID-19 pandemic (and the subsequent restrictions) have impacted attitudes on returning to football, and how Lincolnshire FA can develop their services on offer to support your return to the pitch. 

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and all responses will remain anonymous. Once the survey has concluded, our findings will be published across our website and social media platforms.
