At the start of the 2021-22 season, Lincolnshire Football Association launched its five year strategy. The strategy is segmented into different sections aligned with the association's 'Vision, Mission, Values, Goals and Objectives'.

'Goal 4' - To Develop and Improve Our Business, To Better Serve Our Members and Communities

As such, annually, we will provide our members, Lincolnshire's grassroots volunteer football workforce, with the opportunity to provide insightful and valuable feedback. Thus allowing Lincolnshire FA to examine, reflect and adapt working practices year-upon-year to continually work towards providing our volunteer workforce with excellent customer service.
