Lincolnshire FA Release End Of Year Report For 2022/23
The review details our performance against our strategy targets.
We have released our End of Year Report following the conclusion of the 2022/23 season. The review details the organisation's performance against our strategy targets, and details the current state of the grassroots football landscape in Lincolnshire.
At Lincolnshire FA, we believe in being transparent in all that we do, and that it will help us build relationships that will last the test of time as they will be grounded through high levels of trust. This is why we publicly share our progress at the end of each grassroots football season.
Lincolnshire FA CEO, Nick Hanson, said:" I am pleased to outline progress has been made across the four pillars that underpin our strategy:
creating safe and inclusive football environments
retain, sustain and then lead the growth and development of all formats of the game
recruit and develop a diverse workforce that meets need and supports growth
develop and improve our business to better serve our members and communities
The main body of this report highlights many successes, and I would like to place on record my thanks to the staff team for their dedication and commitment in delivering outstanding progress against our strategic targets. I would also like to thank the Directors and Council Members for their individual and collective support and passion in the last 12 months.
However, it is vital that the Association recognises and pays tribute to the work undertaken by the volunteers of our grassroots game. Without your input and commitment grassroots football does not take place. Our continued success is a reflection on the positive relationships we have with all our stakeholders. We look forward to working with you in delivering a successful 2023/24 season."
