We’re delighted to announce the winners of the Lincolnshire FA Grassroots Football Awards 2023.

The Grassroots Football Awards is our opportunity to celebrate the people and organisations that have made an outstanding contribution to grassroots football in the Lincolnshire region. 

The local football community responded in their droves to our call out to nominate their grassroots heroes, with hundreds of nominations received across the twelve award categories. We’d like to thank every single person who took the time to make a nomination. 

We announced all our winners on our X (formerly known as Twitter) channel on Friday evening.

An independent judging panel reviewed all the nominations anonymously, and selected winners based on the positive impact a nominee has made on grassroots football. This panel included Lincolnshire FA staff, board, council, IAG and youth council representation. Thank you to our judges for helping us to recognise our grassroots heroes.

What happens next?

Lincolnshire FA has now invited all of our winners (including those receiving Long Service, Valued Service, and Referee Awards) to our annual awards evening to celebrate. The awards evening will take place at Boston United's Jakemans Community Stadium on Thursday 2nd November 2023, where attendees will enjoy a three-course meal and celebrate all our award winners from across the County.
