The Lincolnshire FA Youth Council are delighted to announce the launch of their first recognised award programme.

The Youth Investors Award is available to clubs of all sizes and is designed to recognise clubs who have successfully embedded Youth Voice within their club leadership. As a result of receiving this award, all members of your clubs Youth Group or Committee will receive a pin badge presented by a member of the Lincolnshire FA Youth Council. 

Junior football is for the players. This award is a landmark step in ensuring young people have a say and are heard in terms of how football develops within the county. 

The award will be applicable to clubs who have set-up a Youth Group or Youth Committee. Further criteria are as follows: 

1) A Youth Group or Committee has been set up within the club comprising of players from a variety of age groups and teams. 
2) Youth Group or Committee must have been active for 6 months prior to submission of application. 
3) A completed Youth Investors Award Application and Evidence Form is submitted.

The Lincolnshire FA Youth Council are available to support all clubs in developing and embedding their Youth Voice structures at LincolnshireFAYouthCouncil@outlook.com. The Youth Council will assist any team or group who wish to apply for this award.
