Lincolnshire FA are excited to launch a brand new grassroots football podcast, called We Are The One. 

We'll be speaking to the amazing volunteers across our area who make football happen - whether they be a coach, referee, club or league official, grounds person, or hold any voluntary role in the game. 

We get to hear their stories, why they do what they do, and shine a light on their brilliant efforts. We also provide all the latest news and updates from across grassroots football in Lincolnshire.

The name "We Are The One" derives from the One Lincolnshire Community: United and Inspired By The Power Of Football mission statement for Lincolnshire FA. The podcast supports a wider piece of work to create better support for volunteers our local game, as well as recognising their efforts. This podcasts allows us to shine a light on the amazing people in our area - but we need your help.

For the first ever episode of Lincolnshire FA's We Are The One Podcast, we've been joined by Assistant Manager for Lincoln United Women, Katie Davison, and Manager of Boston Town FC, Martyn Bunce. 

Hosted by Zack Leader, we talk about how they both got into coaching, having both been former players, as well as the impact being involved in football has on them, how the game has changed in their time, winning the elusive Lincolnshire FA County Cups, and what the competition means to them.
