Lincolnshire FA & GroundTech Ltd. Announce Partnership

Whether you’re looking to streamline the management of your pitches, or simply want to maximise efficiency, GroundTech has the solutions for you.

Lincolnshire Football Association and GroundTech have agreed a new partnership for the next 12 months, with the Norfolk-based company providing offers and services for Grounds Teams across Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire FA affiliated clubs can access a range of offers and services, including automated line marking services, delivering precise pitch dimensions to cm accuracy as part of our mowing and marking service.

GroundTech can also assist Lincolnshire FA clubs access funding which can cover up to 75% of the cost for the mowers, with the remaining 25% paid over a desired period of the club up to 3 years.

The seeds of the GroundTech business were first sown over 20 years ago, when they first branched into the grounds maintenance industry, and could see firsthand the labour and manual work that went into the management of lawns, turfs, pitches, and landscapes.GroundTech

From this, and as a result of the countless hours spent mowing, trimming, pruning and perfecting, they recognised a need for innovation in the outdoor management industry.

Lucky for them, the increasing need for innovation came at a time when technology was on the rise, with every day seeming to bring another product and another tech-enhanced solution to the market.

Which is when they came across the concept of robotics, specifically the models which streamline outdoor work and make expansive grounds management not only easier, but effortless.

As a family-owned and operated business, they pride themselves in the time and experience that has got them to where they are today. Their business expertise blends in with their personal values every day, with every member of the team offering professional and hands-on support to every client they partner with.GroundTech

They believe that the best solutions are grown from the seeds of experience, energy, and enthusiasm – and that the world of rural robotics is only just starting to blossom.

When you partner with GroundTech, you not only receive access to the best and most innovative robotics on the market place but will also benefit from their significant expertise and understanding of the grounds maintenance industry across private and communal settings.

You can also rest assured that you’ve made the right choice, not only for your grounds but also for the environment – something that is at the core of what they do.

Whether you’re looking to streamline the management of sports turf or pitches, want to make groundskeeping easier for an estate team, manage your own football pitch, or simply want to maximise the efficiency of your grounds team. GroundTech has the solutions that are right for you.

Marcus Glover, Company Director for GroundTech, said: "GroundTech are proud to partner with Lincolnshire FA, continuing our goal of further supporting grassroots clubs with simplifying and improving their pitch quality and maintenance.

We don’t compromise when it comes to playing standard, we’re not only interested in keeping your pitches pristine and healthy - a high standard of playing surface also minimises the likelihood of player injuries, and keeps costs down for clubs when it comes to end of season renovations.

As well as taking care of the grass, Lincolnshire FA clubs can also benefit from our automated line marking services, delivering precise pitch dimensions to cm accuracy as part of our mowing and marking service.

GroundTech can assist Lincolnshire FA clubs access funding which can cover up to 75% of the cost for the mowers, with the remaining 25% paid over a desired period of the club up to 3 years.

The aim is to lower the time spent by volunteers on tasks as labour intensive as mowing the grass and maintaining the pitch, allowing more time and energy to be focused elsewhere within the organisations. I look forward to seeing our mowers and line markers become part of the team across the county. and more importantly improving the playing surface.
"

Chris Funnell, Head of Football Operations at Lincolnshire FA, said: "Our renewed approach to commercial partnerships is exciting new territory for us as the County Football Association but also for our existing and prospective new partnerships. As such, I’m delighted that GroundTech have declared their support of grassroots football in our area by joining the Lincolnshire FA as one of our commercial partners.

GroundTech are a company that really understand the hard work that volunteer Grounds People put in to the game, and see firsthand the labour and manual work that goes into the management of pitches, so to have them on board and investing in the grassroots game across Lincolnshire speaks volumes, not just of their commitment to grassroots football, but of the progress and state our local game is currently in. It's also a brilliant opportunity for Lincolnshire clubs to make use of the exciting discount and innovative equipment that GroundTech have to offer."
