We need you! Help us make a difference with our EDI Survey

We want to understand more about the football community in Lincolnshire to help make a positive difference for all

We are currently asking players, referees, coaches, and club officials to take 2 minutes of their time to fill out a short Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion survey via their FA account.

We firmly believe and work towards ensuring football is a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all – irrespective of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, ability or disability, faith, or age.

As part of this commitment, it is vital that we gather and analyse data to measure our progression in being a more equal, diverse, and inclusive football community.

Why Should I Take Part?

The data collected from this survey helps us paint a clearer picture of our footballing community in Lincolnshire. It shows us who is currently involved in football, what role they have in the game, and what background they’re from. It tells us whether the difference we’re trying to make in ensuring football is for all is actually working, and just as importantly – if it isn’t and what opportunities we need to create to ensure people from diverse backgrounds have an equal opportunity the be part of the game we all love in a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment.

In short, this is your chance to have a voice and use it for the power of good.
