New CPD Event: Coaching in the Female Game

This CPD aims to provide coaches and managers working in the women and girls' game

A brand-new CPD event has been announced specifically for coaches and managers working in the women and girls' game. 

The event, entitled 'Coaching In The Female Game', will take place on Monday 15th April at Carre's Grammar School in Sleaford and will be run by Derby County Women's Manager & Regional Coach Development Officer at The FA - Samantha Griffiths.

This CPD aims to provide coaches and managers working in the women and girls' game with space to understand themselves, reflect on current practices, the environment in which they operate, and their relationship with others.

The collective goal is to enhance the thinking skills required of coaches and managers to excel in the female game, with the view of maximizing potential for players to learn and develop.
