New Coaching CPD with Lincoln City FC
Lincolnshire FA are thrilled to announce an exciting new CPD event - hosted by Lincoln City Football Club's first team coaching staff.
The CPD is aimed at highlighting and demonstrating how individual learning can be embedded into group practice, and will be led by current interim First Team Manager, Tom Shaw, along with Head of Coaching at Lincoln City Academy, Calum Oakenfold.
Tom and Calum will start with theory around setting individual learning plans, how this relates to curriculum and how coaches can plan this into sessions. This will then be followed by a practical based session that will demonstrate how to link and progress sessions to incorporate individual learning.
Finally, attendees will review the evening and be able to ask questions and have discussions around the evening.
The CPD, called 'How to embed individual learning into team training', will be hosted at Riseholme College, Lincoln and will run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Attendees are asked to arrive at 6:15pm.
People can attend this one off, special event with EFL coaches for just £10 per person.
